At JNE Welding our focus is on continuous improvement in our processes and our people. We have established programs to support apprenticeship training and trade certification and also to encourage skill development across a wide spectrum of employment opportunities with our company.
Our welders are among some of most highly skilled in the Province. We strive to provide an environment in which our people are encouraged and expected to advance through a number of welding tickets and certifications. As a company JNE provides training opportunities as well as covers the costs of most testing including on-the-job practice and testing time for our welders and fabricators.
